NBRFC Golf Tournament - Friday 3 October 2025
101 Players participated in our annual Golf Tournament on Friday 3 October 2025.
The weather managed to old out until roughly the last hour of play, when the drizzle/rain set in and the wind picked up.
A highlight of the day was the hole-in-one achieved by George Clifford on hole 9. Well done George and thanks for the money put on the bar!
The T.W. Dixon Memorial Trophy was won by one of our former Senior/Division One players, Bevan Stewart, who won by one shot with a net 65 on the day,
A big thank you to the 13 Sponsors, and other Club members who donated prizes. We also held three auctions in the Eastern Hub after play for a BBQ, box of french wine and a signed CRFU jersey, which contributed to a nice profit on the day that we can put towards the 2026 season.

I will be running the 20th annual golf tournament at Rawhiti Golf Club on Friday 3th October 2025 starting at Noon.
If you are interested in playing, please send your entry in ASAP as space will be limited to the first 100 players. Entry fee is $30 which includes green fees, refreshments on course and food. Click on the link above to get a copy of the entry form. Entries close Friday 26 September 2025.
Other Ways to Help?
As well as playing, we are seeking assistance with –
(1) Hole Sponsors cost is $350 inc GST to sponsor a hole (entitles sponsor to free entry for team of 4 players).
(2) Prizes the rugby club needs to provide 6 prizes of a minimum value of $30
(3) Helpers helpers are needed on the day to assist with barbeques on course
