You are hard-pressed to think of a man that epitomises all the NBRFC stands for better than Louis Harmon.

Having played for the club as a Junior, Louis is a staunch Brighton man and when finishing high school at St Bede's there was no doubt over where his senior rugby would be played. Louis combines an uncompromising approach on the field with a massive work rate and a humble down to earth attitude. A guy that is always smiling, always keen for a yarn and has forever got one eye on the surf.

Hugely talented and versatile, Louis has been able to cover a range of positions in the forward pack and is set to play a major part in the makeup of our division one squad for many years to come. Recently married, Louis is kicking goals on and off the field and is rumoured to be the current club arm wrestling champion. Louis is the real deal and relishes being known as “the best Harmon”.

50 caps is an unreal achievement in this day and age, but there is serious potential for this tally to climb to 150 plus in years to come. Go well Louis!
